Beata has had a wonderful summer, and she will be appearing in two films coming out in Finland this fall. More info about these will follow later as the films move on to post-production stages.
This October will also mark her feature film screenwriting debut, as the animation feature “Moomins on the Riviera” has its Finnish premiere on October 10th. 2014 is the perfect release year for the film, as it is the centenary of Tove Jansson, the celebrated and incredibly versatile Finnish artist and creator of the Moomin characters.
Beata is a screenwriter on the film and plays the role of Mymble in Finnish and Swedish, and a few hilarious minor characters in the British English version.

Moomins on the Riviera will be distributed by Nordisk Film in Scandinavia, Gébéka Films in France, Phantom Films in Japan and Praesens in Switzerland. Indie Sales is the sales agent for the film.
