Moomins on the Riviera has been selected to the official competition series of New York International Childrens Film Festival! Followed by our North American premiere on March 14th, all three performances have been sold out, but you can check in on the festival website for last minute cancellations.

Finnish artist Arttu Wiskari just published the new music video for his song “Kun me diskossa suudeltiin” (Eng: When we made out in the disco). The video features clips from the feature film Luokkakokous, directed by the wonderful Taneli Mustonen and shot in Finland in last summer.

What a great first week for Moomins on the Riviera! We had lovely and successful premieres in Finland and and at the 58th BFI London Film Festival. Now, Moomins on the Riviera (Muumit Rivieralla) is the most watched film in Finland after its opening weekend!
